Therapy for Women in Transition
"Truly, it is in darkness that one finds the light, so when we are in sorrow, then this light is nearest of all to us."- Meister Eckhart
Sacred Support for Life’s Thresholds
There are seasons in a woman’s life when the old way no longer fits—but the new way hasn’t yet revealed itself. These in-between spaces can feel disorienting, raw, and sacred all at once.
Whether you are…
Ending or beginning a relationship
Navigating fertility, IVF, or the choice not to parent
Facing a career shift, burnout, or creative calling
Moving through grief, illness, or identity change
Entering perimenopause, motherhood, or elderhood
Or simply sensing that a deeper version of you is ready to emerge
…you are not broken. You are becoming.
This work is for the woman who feels:
Stuck between who she was raised to be and who she’s becoming
Overwhelmed by grief, anger, or tenderness that has no clear name
Lost in a swirl of life changes and unsure how to land
Ready to feel more at home in her body, her voice, and her truth
Called to heal long-standing patterns and reclaim her power
My Approach
As a somatic and trauma-informed therapist, I weave together:
EMDR and expressive arts to gently release old narratives
Somatic practices to help you listen to your body’s wisdom
Psychedelic integration (if relevant) to make meaning of spiritual or altered-state experiences
Ritual, imagination, and ancestral reconnection for women who are seeking depth and soul
This is not surface-level coping. This is soul-level healing.
Together, we can:
Name and honor what is ending
Feel and metabolize grief, rage, fear, and longing
Clarify what your next season is asking of you
Reclaim your voice, your body, and your boundaries
Create rituals, language, and practices that support your unfolding
Root into your purpose, power, and possibility
You are allowed to change.
- You are allowed to not know what’s next.
- You are allowed to be both strong and undone.
- You don’t have to move through this alone.
- Let’s walk this threshold together.
